With lots of projects coming into this area, brand ATS overpricing strategy is not justified in this project. Almost all premium developers including Tata’s and Godrej are not present here. If a premium has to be paid, my recommendation would be to go with a premium brand. Falling quality standards and customer orientation does not make ATS a good choice.
