I own a flat in E wing Phase 2 of westernhills and the way builder has handled everyone’s case in this society is pathetic. We were promised complete flats in 2017, I had booked the flat in 2013 under construction phase. The flat was handed over in Dec 2018 and that too totally incomplete. The builder forced us to take posession without electric meters and is making us pay hefty charges now for the electricitiy which we did not consume. The parking is not allocated even till date. No security camera provided as promised in the agreement. No question of other amenities like swimming pool gym, clubhouse, nothing is ready even today. Construction quality is hopeless.
