Vishesh Group - No Customer Care

I purchased a Flat E 0206 in Balaji Symphony New Panvel of Vishesh Group in the month of March 2021.


The possession of the Flat was scheduled to be given by end of June, 2021, I was assured to be given by October 2021 but till date there is no OC, and no sign of possession officially.


They included Club VISTA scheme valued INR 3.5 Lakhs for my Flat during negotiation. After registration of the flat, when I inspected the Club VISTA scheme in details, I found it is not worth even for 2 Lakhs, forget 3.5 Lakhs, this way company made fools nearly 1000 customers.


I requested the marketing person to cancel my Club VISTA scheme for my Flat and instead adjust INR 3.5 Lakhs against my final payment of INR 10 Lakhs which is supposed to be paid at the time of possession of the Flat. The marketing person is making never ending assurances and promises since last more than 16 Months and it is continued till date but is not settled. He did at 15 to 20 promises as final day of settlement but none of the 20 finals didn’t reach to real Final stage - just delaying on account of some or the other reason.


Company has not provided any system of handling customer’s grievances, you don’t find any contact details of any senior management responsible for customer complaints or how to escalate your complaint.


You find these special features in group company who are professionally manipulator and so is the Vishesh Group.


Hope this much is good enough for any wise person to understand to take due care.
