I have booked a 3 BHK flat in BBCL Midland in 2017 and its 2022 now, still no much progress in my flat. Not even the floor tiles or the window grills has been completed. These people are delaying the project with irrelevant reasons and making the customer to suffer to the core.
I strongly recommend not to proceed with booking in this project. I’m paying my rent and also the EMI for the past 4 years.
