It’s a pathetic project. Nikoo 1 has already failed within 6 months of possession and Nikoo 2 is under 420 case. Plumbing, Kitchen, wrong commitments at the time if sale - name the issues and they have it. Don’t fall in trap. It’s not worth the money.
