I booked a ready to move apartment in Brigade Buena Vista(Ph-II) in May 2022 and They have promised to handover in two months. I have paid 96% of flat on 15th July 2022. After receiving payment, they have started saying that they can not do registration as there is some issue with e-khata of my booked flat. They are liaising with Panchayath office for getting the e-khata and it will be received within 1 month, thereafter registration will be done. But till date, it is almost six months they are saying that e-khata is under process and they are working on it. Every time I call them at their call centre, they give exercises. I am totalling frustrated with this builder. Their CRM team do not care about customers after getting payment.
