Brigade Plus Services

Pathetic services, full payment done and now I’m chasing them to complete pending work which they should have completed proactively.

I would advise everyone and anyone to avoid this project . The project was not designed for human beings but maybe for piegons because the size and configurations of the room are very similar to a piegon hole .

This can never be a good investment as no one would be interested to buy or rent an apartment where you can’t even keep a chair in the balcony and need to keep your utilities such as washing machine outside the utility space( as there is no utility space) right near the main door .

On top of the that the sales team is a bunch of cheats who are there to coax and convince you to buy a unit there and once you decide to cancel it even within 24 hrs, their behavior will completely change and they would start avoiding your calls and would never give any confirmation or assurance to return back your booking amount to you . This has happened to me and I assure you if you love your hard earned money then you should never invest in this hyped property .

The team tells something else during the onboarding call and then the documents says different . The sales gets out of picture as soon as you sign the agreement . Post that all misinformation.

There were 4 such instances in last 1 year that they incorrectly asked me to pay . unless I would have argued and shown the proof they would have double charged me.

They didnt give the tri party document to my bank on time and caused whole lot of miscommunication before that. Finally they plan to charge the interest on late payment due to delay caused due to their process.

I would like to file a case on this builder . Also if there is any whatsapp group of the buyers, it might help us getting together.

I recently purchased a property in Brigade Horizon, and my experience has been quite disappointing. There were two major concerns where I felt misled:

1?? Hidden Price Difference: The demo house shown to me was 1064 sq. ft., and during negotiations, I was offered a ground-floor unit at a lower price. However, they never disclosed that this unit was 1013 sq. ft., which meant a price difference of 𔜽.5 lakhs. This crucial detail was only revealed during the welcome call, leaving me feeling cheated.

2?? Hidden Charges: Brigade Builders have multiple hidden costs that are not disclosed upfront. One example is Stamp Duty on the Agreement to Sell(0.5% of the Agreement Value)—a charge that was never clarified before booking. These unexpected expenses add a significant financial burden post-purchase.

Final Verdict: Don’t blindly trust established builders just because of their brand name. Always scrutinize the fine print and demand full transparency before making any commitments. Think wisely before investing!

I purchased a flat from Brigade Group in 2018, but the registration process is still incomplete due to a khata issue. Despite numerous follow-ups and filing a RERA case, the issue remains unresolved. I am currently paying higher interest to PNB Bank because the sale deed has not been submitted on time.

This delay has caused me significant financial loss, and I am demanding immediate registration at Brigade’s expense and compensation for the extra interest burden.

I strongly advise caution before purchasing from Brigade Group, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and financially draining.
