One example is Stamp Duty on the Agreement to Sell(0.5% of the Agreement Value)—a charge that was never clarified before booking. These unexpected expenses add a significant financial burden post-purchase.
Final Verdict: Don’t blindly trust established builders just because of their brand name. Always scrutinize the fine print and demand full transparency before making any commitments. Think wisely before investing!
