Brigade group customer service was unresponsive, unreachable and rude throughout the purchase etc. Also Brigade group funds a startup called "Wegot" which tracks water usage of flats. It isn’t even reliable gives readings even on vacation days. They hid that they are using it in the society before purchase; taking away our choice of choosing society or not. They forced it on us to be used. Now because of water crisis society members are trying to shove it down our throats. It will eventually lead to people deciding water usage limits for others and complaints etc.
