Me and my friend got attracted with pricing, but later enquired at hoskote BMRDA office where they said Land is in Buffer zone, rajakaluvae encroached property. They updated its also litigation land .
Some smell was coming when I asked executive they were trying to hide . later locals updated its in front of mandur dump yard. Although its not operational, some dump and contaminated waste is causing foul smell . Dont waste your hard money to buy dump yard.
Please dont fall to there trap, documents are not provided correctly by them.
