I initially read the complaints but assumed they were rare cases, and I felt confident moving forward. However, within just 30 minutes of booking, I was flooded with calls and messages from a salesperson named Dheenadayalan, who collected a deposit of ₹;1 lakh. When it came time to select the flat I originally opted for, I was told it wasn’t available. Instead, another staff member informed me that my deposit had been internally transferred to a different project in Sulur, which was supposedly more affordable.
Five months later, I was abruptly asked to select a flat. When I did, they refused my choice, saying it was part of Phase II and I had to pick something else. It became clear they were prioritizing newer buyers for the better units, while sidelining those who had already paid. Their upselling tactics are disappointing and misleading.
Frustrated, I requested a refundbut since then, all I receive are automated "ticket" responses. No refund has been processed, and Dheenadayalan is now unresponsive.
My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM CASAGRAND. Their promises differ greatly from reality. If you’re aware of the current environment, youll understand there may be deeper cash flow issues at play. Dont let your peace of mind be ruinedavoid getting trapped like I did.
