They have legal issues.. they force us to take loan from bank which they suggest.. since casagrand have taken loan from those banks.. they can’t produce documents which other proper bank ask for.. they’ll scare us saying we’ll open for sale.. even after we pay 10%.. till they get 100% amount they’ll keep on scaring... their construction is not having any improvement... but they scare us like this 1ly... I don’t think they’ll handover on time.. they say may 2024 .. but that won’t happen with their construction stage... they said they’ve finished crescendo last year itself... but didn’t handover yet...
