Buying a home is supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime joy. But with Casagrand, that dream turned into a nightmare filled with mental stress, broken promises, and zero accountability.
We chose the Casagrand Athens project with full trust, especially because of one clear promise:
No overlooking apartments.
That commitment played a huge role in our decision.
But after paying 99.9% of the total amount, heres what we were left with:
❌ An overlooking apartment the very thing they said would never happen
❌ Unfulfilled commitments despite repeated follow-ups for over 7 months
❌ Conversations with multiple teams even MD Arun but no resolution
❌ A customer service team that is cold, careless, and completely unaccountable
❌ No ownership, no empathy, no action
❌ And most of all mental exhaustion instead of the joy of owning a home
They cared only until the payment was made. After that, your voice stops mattering.
This is my real experience. Please think twice before trusting Casagrand. Whats promised before payment may be cleverly marketed
