After checking with the bank officials, it was clear that there was some issues with the legal documentations. Buyers are strongly advised to verify this info, directly with SBI or HDFC Home Loan division Managers, before committing with the purchase.
Fact 2: No other banks are also willing to process home loan for Bloom project, since the builder will register the land in the name of the purchaser, only after receiving 95% of the project cost. Banks refused to issue the DD for the 1st stage payout, citing the above reason. Only some third rate banks like Axis and NBFC like Bajaj is ready to give loan for this project, by compromising on the legalality. You can verify this information directly with Casagrand or any banks!
Fact 3: If the purchaser decides to cancel the booking for any reason whatsoever, then Casagrand will not give you back, the advance amount of XXX Lakhs you paid plus additional % charges. You can check this directly with Casagrand.
