We booked a 3bhk and we visited the site and realised that there was a deviation in the construction. They did not realise until we pointed it out. Secondly they came back after 3 months and said that it was printing mistake in the brochure. They said they would handover the apartment in 2019 June max by august.. but it’s 2021 July and they still haven’t handed over the apartment.. we cancelled and booked an apartment opposite to mayajaal.. I see the site everyday and I hardly see any movement in the construction.. also refund took about 11 months.. pathetic customer service and they don’t do what they promised.. plus their hidden charges are high.. we can get much better apartments for that price..
