I have booked an apartment in ECR14 and canceled it.when I claim for a booking refund didn’t get a response from casagrand management. They said money will be refunded in 45days but it’s more than 55days now still i didn’t get the money back or call back. Raised complaints through all the available numbers on the website, they rerouting to different concerned person but none of them responds. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CASAGRAND TEAM.
