Car park. - 2 lakhs
Maintanence - 2 lakhs.
In case if we need money for family occasions, You can’t resale amenities and car park, maintanence. EB splitting from main connection and they distribute to others.
This is absolutely it’s robery. No one is not ready fix rate for this flats from government side.
