I have been trying to reach their CRM team for 2 months to resolve a modification issue promised at the time of booking. CRM team is not able to co-ordinate between sales & technical teams and I had to run around connecting them. Their CRM lead Daniel , got connected to him after trying for 2 months and is outrightly rude. He is unaware of the issue though he is copied in all the mails and is not willing to even listen to the issue.
