Had booked a flat with paying 25000 as initial booking amount, later due to several reasons like handover date, location, price I cancelled the booking 3months back.


Till now as on 18th Aug they have not refunded and they doesn’t even pick the phone.


They are irresponsible people who doesn’t value customers.


They are committed only until booking is done.


Because of such IRRESPONSIBLE employees CASAGRAND IS GOING TO LOOSE MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS.
