Horrible experience with this builder, there is so much delay in the handover and now we have found out they have even acquired the land for the clubhouse. They will tell u this if u push in F2F meeting but ask them to email any details to you a different song and dance starts. Total Scam after these delays no idea what state we will receive the handover and if the clubhouse will ever be completed at all. But they have all the money to hire Celebrity ambassadors instead of taking care of the issues of the clients on whose monet they r riding their whole top builder nonsense!
