It is in 2020 Feb i was impressed and booked a flat here which is near by to my office is the best reason. They promised to handover in September 2020. Now it is May 2022 and still project is under construction only. Fake promises.. no proper communication and they do not care when u ask about handover. Unnecessarily charged around 75k without intimation before doing the modifications. No idea whether this project can be handover this year 2022. Please do not choose Casa Grande.. it’s waste of time..I am simply paying EMIs every month around 40k and paying rent outside which is very painful.Please please please do not choose Casa Grande .. the failure builder with failed failed projects with fake promises...
