Delayed Handover / Customers are cheated

Bought a 2 BHK flat in 2021 Mar with the promise to have the handover by Dec’21. Gradually, the handover date moved and now they say handover tentatively in Sep’22.


It feels, minimal work happening after charging 90% of amount.


Not worth buying from Casa Grand due to delay in handover.
