This project supposed to be delivered in Dec’2019 but they didn’t handover till date. The quality is worst, TV units, chimneys, walls falling down just like that. my humble request to all buyers don’t buy any of cg property and put yourself in trouble. They will hide all legal issues while selling flats, no 1 fraud builder. CG employees are writing positive reviews, this way they can attract the customers, don’t fall into fraud builder trap. Don’t waste your peace of mind and money. Many projects like smart town, supremus, bellisimo, cherripick..etc has lot of issues. Still if you want buy just enquire anyone who bought CG property then decide, don’t buy just going through reviews. They will show you hell once you trapped into their boundary.
