Casagrand is one of the worst builders who do not keep up their commitments. Not worth buying in Casagrand as they will not provide proper service or response to the customer once the customer books the unit. They only chase after the stage payments and after that completely they will ignore customers. They do have some escalation matrix that never works, none of their top management would respond to the customer emails.
They would only forward the emails to other department asking them to respond. Casagrand collects the money from customer in advance for each phase and still they don’t deliver the project as per the committed timeline and delay it too much. As a customer I am really disappointed with Casagrand and incurred huge loss due to their delay in delivering the apartment.
