If you don’t like someone refer this casagrand not for your friends. They lost the market with worst building quality & poor customer service. They struggle a lot selling quantities.Should register TNRERA complaint against builder for delaying project & Very postive good builder good project all reviews made by their own sales team and digital marketing team. Waste area only money minded. Stupid commitments and for stupid consumers only. Even for registration they don’t support well you lose your time and energy with this lethargic workers who are crap & dump. They do bad vast and come with non auspicious days for registrations. Staffs seems non paid & they just chit chat without working.
Very worst project handover will take 3-4 more years. Area not good. No proper handover and response from their teams. Don’t get cheated for brand name. Other builders are 100% better.
This project is over priced for this area. They will lie that the project is 95% complete but they don’t confirm exact handover date at same time their website mentions only 70% completed.
