Complain against builder clan city

I have booked a 1 BHK flat in clan city EMERALD tower in 2008, DID REGISTRATION in 2016 and paid all charges as demanded by builder now builder has demanded escalation charges more than 33% of the total cost of the flat I only pray god to do justice for me and suitable reward to builder clan city
