Initially they are very good but once we gave the money then they will show their real face.
Sales team isgood but customer relation team CRM is very bad .. they don’t know how to talk to the clients. And the main issue is POOR design in DAC CHROMANTIQUE .They kept the transformer very close to the balcony of 1st and 2nd floor house which is dangerous to the people. WHEN asked they didn’t respond properly and they said 1 percent risk is always there and they don’t respect the peoples value . CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS TOO BAD.
Spread this news to the chennai people as we suffered a lot and buying home..but these people don’t know our pain and cheat us....
