I recently stayed at Delhi Homes - Dwarka - Delhi and it was a terrible experience. The property is located in a very remote area, nearly an hour away from the city. The place is poorly maintained and the staff are all very unprofessional.
The rooms are quite small and there is no air conditioning, which makes it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms are also not clean and the water is not drinkable. The furniture in the rooms is also very old and not in the best condition.
When I checked in, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. He didn’t even bother to explain the amenities or services available. The staff at the restaurant were also not very friendly or helpful and the food was terrible.
The WiFi connection was also very poor and slow. There were frequent power cuts and the backup power supply was inadequate.
The worst thing about my stay was the security. The gates and doors were not locked and there was no security personnel around. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay.
