I purchased a flat at ROW Bangalore but real surprise came when I paid all the money and was eagerly awaiting handover. It took the CRM team of DivyaSree 2 months to come and tell me that they cannot fix the existing damages in the flat and they dont have extra tiles to fix broken tiles in my brand new flat. On top they are showing attitude that you take it or leave it.
Your emails and phone calls will land into amptutated hands and deaf ears and like me just be ready to suffer with DivyaSree builders. Republic of whitefield is a good property but in very poor hands who are just looking into your wallet to steal your hard earned bucks. Overall Pathetic experience and don’t recommend anyone to engage with cheap staff deployed at Republic of Whitefield Bangalore. Ping me direct if you need any specific details. Vikas Vardhan Soni.
