Investing in Dosti Planet North has turned out to be a big mistake. Within just 3-4 years of possession, a majority of flats have started facing serious water leakage issues due to poor waterproofing. This is clearly a construction quality problem, not an isolated case, as many residents are dealing with the same.
Shockingly, the builder has refused to take responsibility for repairs, stating that they will only attend to complaints reported before 2020. This is unacceptable. Water leakage is a structural issue and should be addressed by the builder irrespective of when it was reported, especially since it’s affecting multiple units.
Despite emailing their directors and raising the matter multiple times, I have received no meaningful response or assurance. It’s disappointing that such a reputed name is turning a blind eye to a widespread problem that stems from their own construction quality.
Posting this review in hope that the management takes accountability and resolves the waterproofing issues for all affected flats not just a select few.
