DS Max has taken up the 3-year maintenance ownership. During this period, they have really been very supportive and addressed all the concerns and also been cooperative in providing required guidance to the residents.
They had assigned 1 dedicated FMC manager Mr. Mani who takes care of the apartment goodwill very diligently. He is available on phone when ever needed and often visits the premises to take control of any issues. Its been a very good experience way beyond my expectation. He is very prompt in getting the required attention from the management as necessary and gets a resolution.
