Beware of this fraud Builder DS-MAX, the staff are a bunch of donkeys who do not have product knowledge, their Architect’s head does not have any Architectural skill. Their flats are not cheap lots of hidden costs involved which you will get as a surprise once you buy. Their staff is very irresponsible. They don’t have a sense of customer satisfaction. Buying a house from them is like staying on lease or rent. Interiors are not allowed from outside. Imagine getting an interior done by a designer who does not know how to measure. Their Sales department are very smart they know how to con the people. Please don’t fall into their trap.
