Atrocious customer service. No OC, no Khata and no response too. They cite that our carpenters or furnishing contractor may not know the structure and electricals or plumbing and forced using their own 2 penny service provider. Their skills are notably obnoxious. They went and drilled on an electrical conduit and fortunately we could prevent major damage. So much for their knowledge of structurals and these guys were at least 20% more expensive than contractor outside. Cheaper than other brand doesn’t hold true. Whatever you pay for substandard service/product is anyday more than highest for a big brand.
