I booked flat with DSmax few years ago. It was new construction. Sales team helped us well to do the booking formalities. The possession was on the right time as expected. Registration and other formalities were also done quite smoothly. The interior was also finished on time and it is as expected. I was very happy with them throughout. But After possession there was issue with my parking space, I was struggling a lot to get this resolved. Thankfully, Mr. Prasanna sir helped us to resolve it amicably.
