This project is really good as its close Manyata Tech Park and the ORR. We decided to buy an apartment around 3 months back, and visited several projects around Hormavu, Kalkere, Rampura & Hennur Road. This project is great value for money. They have all the amenities of a Luxury apartment complex, yet I was surprised to see that the prices were very affordable in comparison to the market. On further research I understood that the prices may increase when the physical 80’ road comes. The LANDOWNERS are also selling their units ON THEIR OWN at their SITE OFFICE.
