Very very very bad experience... I had booked a flat at DTC Southern Heights project on 2015 with the thought of 2018 delivery. But now its July 2020. Still i am waiting for my possession .. Every time they told within 7 days we would get a call from them but it’s doesn’t happen. We made every payment on schedule time and our registrations was also done in June 2020. But final inspection date is still pending. Very unprofessional staff, very poor quality material, lift is too small. We stuck our self in this project, while doing the registration also they said the delivery will happen in the next few days but that never happened. There is no customer care team, when ever we are trying to ask a question, two three people keep passing on the issue amongst them and they will never give an actual solution.
