I’m extremely disappointed with the experience Ive had with DTC Capital City.
I was issued a payment receipt without actually making any payment—a clear error on their part. Naturally, I assumed the account was settled. Fast forward one year later, they suddenly inform me the receipt was a mistake, and now I owe interest for the past 12 months on that amount.
After several rounds of follow-up and confusion, they asked me to pay ₹40, 000 as late payment interest, even though the original error was theirs. This is unacceptable and feels like Im being penalized for trusting their documentation.
If a reputed builder cant maintain basic accuracy in financial records—and then pushes their errors onto customers—it raises serious questions about their internal systems and ethics.
?? Future buyers, please be cautious. Double-check every receipt and statement. Don’t assume anything, even if it’s on their letterhead.
