DPL is looting us by delaying the project and knowingly delaying the RERA approval. Its a big fraud by DPL. My hard earned money getting wasted and can’t do anything. Project has to be delivered in dec2017. Its no where near to completion. Paid 85% of amount. Paying the hefty EMI to the bank. Bank is declining any further payment. Builder is trying to cheat by asking for more money through mail without sending any demand letter and threating to pay the interest if amount is not paid. Bank is not approving any more amount as project is no where near to completion. They have started their other peojects...As a buyer i’m paying the price by EMI..
