We bought land in prince town ( they kerp changing names but evani and ushadhi is same i guess)and sale deed mentioned bastu land , upon checking it was found land is Sallie and huge discrepancies in seller name , some representative came not even main seller
Has builder became insolvent?? There is a group on fb name evani and ushasi sufferer group that has 136 members but its not active now I guess as there is no response
Now waiting for mutation great if it happens otherwise it’s going to b difficult selling that plot
