Water leakage in general, refrigerant leakage from AC etc. To top it the maintenance agency’s support is very very poor. Be careful at the time of taking over of possession of apartment. Check each and every thing is OK or not. Once possession is taken, the general approach is that it your baby and you have to take care on your own. Very Poor workmanship and services. Project not recommended to any one.
