Gaur sons is also like other cheat Builders
I purchased land on 21 07 2017 for which they got the approval from YEIDA on 15 11 2017.
A year later of Registry on Sep 2018, the Gaur Sons sent a letter to pay extra money for Farmers Compensation about which they knew even before selling but cunningly, they took the selling prices of the land and after a year a separate notification to pay extra was sent.
Salaried person should not buy any plot / land from builders. They will ask for Security Amount, Maintenance amount and Farmers Compensation after all the payment of land / Registry. So be ware dont pay your hard - earned money to such stupid Builders. IT COST TO ME MORE THAN 2 LAKH FOR PLOT OF 85 SQ. MET.
Read one one word of Allotment Letter / Registry of your land. They will writ stupid language on which you even cant do a case on them later on.
Dont go on their words. Read the following in my Registry.
" THAT SAVE AND EXCEPT THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION FORM AND THE ALLOTMENT LETTER / AGREEMENT FOR SALE DATED . THIS SUB LEaSE DEED SUPERSEDES AND OVERRIDES ALL UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENTS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN BETWEEN THE PARTIES. .THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUB LEASE DEED(REGISTRY) SHALL PREVAIL."
GAURS SONS IS ALSO A LOOT BUILDER.
