Gera iland of joy. Builder has gambled with the prices.. 85L worth 850sft duplex initial qoute on their portal and on day of launch they increased the price to 95L.. now continuously increasing the price with no additional benefits. On the top of it RERA project delivery date is kept May 2028..
They simply play with mind of buyers and creating price hikes in every 2hours to fear the buyers..
They don’t lock the prices.. they collect 5times more tokens than the inventory available in the market.. and they give offers to higher price and final the deals..
