I have been behind GM infinite to give the possession of the flat I booked in Tower C. I got the loan sanctioned. But before disbursal the bank is asking the builder to submit the NOC which the builder is failing to procure for more than 7 months(this ideally should not take more than 15 days). Now, I got to know that builder will not get the NOC as the construction loan they took has gone bad and anytime the lender can stop the construction of the property. Knowing this now, I am behind them to refund me the lakhs of rupees that I have paid them as token amount but none of the people whom I had dealt with earlier are neither responding to my calls nor text. It’s a major red flag to consider if you are planning to buy a house in this project as I didn’t find this information anywhere on internet. And yes, not to mention the obvious that the 5 star reviews definitely doesn’t look genuine.
Note: There are still some reputed banks giving the loan to customers without bothering to verify the NOC from the builder. It might you big time in future. STAY AWAY.
