We have bought 1bhk in 2018 and we have visited the project few times and they is no development at all. RERA has given extension till 31st July 2024. But even now there is no progress. I have received an email today stating that new date as 31st July 2026 and surprisingly when I check in the RERA site I have not seen any new date extension. The email also states if we would like to cancel we can do that.
We all have been cheated. Is there any what’s app group please let me know.
