Handover of the flat denied for next one year

As per Rera the court’s extension ends on 31st July 2024.


I was at construction sight yesterday and everything is pending and no hopes for occupation by 31st July.


We all owners need to form a group and file for compensation amount for Money.


Court’s extension expires on 31st July 2024.
