Recently I was told by Sneha that the excess amount will be refunded to my account and the Bank’s cheque was submitted and now she is telling it cant.
I understand the process but to notify that she took more than a week and didn’t even bother to update me . kept disconnecting my call. o response in email. Very rude behaviour. Such behaviour isn’t expected from Godrej employee. being a customer I am very disappointed.
