I Booked a Unit in Godrej Celeste in Feb-2023 and they said possession will be Dec-2025, till July-2023 we almost paid 50% of unit cost but then ... Work on site stopped till today no update every will start soon .... On Booking we were assured that possession in Dec-25 through as per RERA it was Mar-2027 on that they told it buffer time has been taken for Big project like Celeste.
Now we stucked as the project is delayed when will start god knows , as the money already invested in this wrong project can’t explore other option , on withdraw they are deducting almost 70% of the amount forget about interest and compensation.
Even they didn’t filed quarterly statement in GUJRERA portal , god knows how ....... GUJRERA officials ???
Filed on compliance Request 2weeks ago but that in process ... any body who invested or booked home in celeste any clue please let me know ... how we proceed for legal help / or approach GUJRERA to intervein
