I purchased a 2bhk flat in Godrej Nature plus in 2018. It has been more than 5 years, still we have no signs of flat
getting delivered. As per the agreement possession was supposed to happen in June 2023. We still haven’t received the possession and the builder is not responding to our queries. There is no update from the builder even after multiple emails and phone calls. In between when we visited the flat it was in very bad shape. Door frames broken, tiles broken, grills broken. Very poor construction. They are not replying and we are completely stuck with them as we have paid almost 90 percent of the amount.
