Absolutely pathetic experience. Booked the flat godrej nest kandivali east on name of godrej. During registration came to know it’s a joint venture with Shivam builder. Gone with the brand name Godrej project is delayed by a year and now Godrej is washing their hand saying they were only marketing partner only. They asking 2.5 to 5 lacs additional money during possession on the name of LUC charges. Sample flat for 1 bhk not shown and now given the powder room without shower in it. Extremely rude RM when going for discussion after booking fighting with customer if we have put you on gun point to book in godrej. Following all unethical practices. If godrej can do this I don’t trust any brand as a builder. Made one of the worst decision on my life. Don’t fall in marketing trap.
