I had conveyed my "expression of interest" in the Noida Sector 146 project and had taken the initiative to make a transaction of using my credit card. However, during this transaction, I was not informed by their sales representative- Mr. Atul Dogra about the categorization of credit card payments as’rent, ’ which incurs an additional charge of 1% plus GST.
I was both surprised and dismayed to discover this unwarranted charge on my credit card statement.
Despite my multiple emails to Mr. Dogra, seeking his assistance in resolving the matter, he has not even bothered to revert.
